Title: Winter-White Chili

1/2lbBoneless pork loin; (or 2 boneless pork chops) cut into 1/2"
1 Onion; chopped
1tsOil
1 1/2tsGround cumin
1/4tsGarlic powder
1cCooked wild rice
1cn16-oz. chick peas; drained
1cn4-oz. diced green chilies; drained
1cn16-oz. white kernel corn; drained
1/8tsHot pepper sauce
1cn14.5-oz. Chicken broth

In a 4-quart saucepan, saute onions and pork in oil over medium- high heat until onions are soft and pork lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in all remaining ingredients except parsley. Cover; simmer 20 minutes. Makes 6 servings. Calories 341 Protein 23 g Sodium 450 mg Fat 6 g Cholesterol 22 mg Calories from fats: 22%
